ZUMBA Photoshoot! At Imagine Images Erina!

This shoot was soooo much fun! Kim and Emily are both Central Coast Zumba instructors and where updating there portfolio's. We had Zumba music blaring out the studio, there where Zumba clothes and bright stuff everywhere, safe to say- these girls love there Zumba, I wanted to take a class so badly after they left! It was the first shoot in the new studio and I couldn't think of a better way to break it in :) Jaime Sherrah Makeup Artistry made these gorgeous girls even more stunning. Lizottes Newcastle turns 1- Commercial Photography by Imagine Images

Imagine Images was fortunate enough to be involved in Lizottes Newcastle Massive first birthday bash. Lizottes put on a Huge Cocktail Party with great food, Good wine and the best in entertainment. The event took a look back at Lizottes 1st year and the 100 years at that the venue (formally Kings Street Theater). There was fantastic musical acts such as Ray Beadle and his’ 7-piece blues extravaganza band doing second set, Short Back and Sides (barber shop quartet). There was also a plethora of Roaming performers such as Roller Girls, Ballerinas, Show girls and Broadway style singers and burlesque dancers. All in all, A fantastic night- a huge congratulations to Brian Lizotte and his wife Jo. I was fortunate enough to photograph the very Talented Stephanie yesterday. Being a passionate lover of dance, Dance photography is one of my favorite realms of photography. Dancers just know there bodies and understand how to hold themselves, and as there so used to performing, they can generally act out facial expressions and emotions on command, they really are a photographers dream! In this shoot we concentrating in creating images inspired by Contemporary dance and ballet, some some soft and pretty, others harsh, angular and tribal inspired.
